Emotional Liberation A 3-Part Live Healing Series
Are you ready to release pain, reclaim your power + forgive yourself?
Lately, many people are feeling old emotions, memories, grief, rage, disappointment, fear, and unresolved pain rising to the surface. Not because you are going backwards — but because your system is finally ready to release it.
Together, we will work through emotional and energetic release, inner child healing, reparenting, timeline rewiring, self-forgiveness, and liberation from the emotional weight of the past.
In this three-part series:
PART ONE - Releasing The Emotions - June 25th 9 am AEST
In our first live session, we will begin by working with the emotional and energetic pain still held within the body and field.
This may include: Hurt, disappointment, rage, grief, fear, betrayal, abandonment, and emotional suppression.
Through guided energetic processes, nervous system support, sound, awareness work, and release techniques, we will begin creating safety for the body to let go of what it has been storing.
The intention of this session is not to force healing — but to allow the body and energy field to finally exhale.
Part Two: Reparenting the Inner Child-
July 2nd at 9:00 AM AEST
Many of our current patterns were created by younger versions of ourselves trying to survive, stay safe, feel loved, or avoid pain. It’s time to re-write that timeline with you as the trusted safe space, so these parts feel loved and confident.
In this deeply nurturing session, we will connect with the inner child aspects still holding emotional wounds, unmet needs, or unresolved memories.
From the perspective of your empowered adult self, you will learn how to:
Hold compassion for your younger self
Offer safety and emotional validation
Rewire old emotional timelines
Shift subconscious survival responses
Build a deeper relationship with yourself
This session is about becoming the safe space you may not have received when you were younger.
Part Three: Forgiveness & Freedom
July 16th at 9 AM AEST
Forgiveness is not about excusing what happened or taking full responsibility, but recognising you deserve to release the emotional weight and come to a space of freedom and forgiveness if you’re called.
In our final session, we will move through:
Self-forgiveness
Releasing shame and guilt
Forgiving ourselves for survival-based decisions
Releasing resentment stored within the body
Opening space for peace, softness, and emotional freedom
For those who feel ready, we will also explore forgiving others — not because their actions were acceptable, but because you deserve liberation from the energetic attachment to the pain.
