Timeline work has become a really important part of how I personally navigate periods of huge energetic change. Rather than continuing to exist within the same patterns, circumstances or versions of ourselves, we can learn how to locate where our energy is sitting, recognise what we are still connected to and intentionally begin moving ourselves into a different energetic reality.
And this is what I want to teach you in this masterclass.
What We Will Be Doing
This will be a 75-minute live Zoom masterclass where I will teach you how I understand and work with timelines, and then we will actually move through the process together.
I want to show you how to locate the denser timelines you are still connected to and recognise where your energy, thoughts, emotions and identity may still be feeding a reality you no longer want to experience.
From there, we will work on extracting your energy from those timelines and becoming much more intentional about the timeline you are choosing to move into.

Recognising where you may still be unconsciously energising an old reality
Extracting your energy, attention and identity from those timelines

How to continue working with this process again and again
I really want this to be something that you learn how to use, rather than something you experience once in a class and then forget about. Because there isn't necessarily one timeline shift and then we're done.
As we continue upgrading our frequency, we become aware of more. We see the places where we are still holding ourselves inside an old version of reality. We notice the identities we have outgrown. We recognise where our attention is still sitting within something we don't actually want to continue creating. And then we get to choose again.
I highly recommend working through this process again and again, particularly when you are moving through a period of rapid change or you know that you are ready for a significant energetic upgrade.
I feel like we are being asked to collapse time much faster now, but there needs to be intentionality behind it. There needs to be structure. There needs to be discipline around where we are placing our energy.
Because when we understand how powerful our energy and attention actually are, we can become much more conscious about what we are continuing to feed and what we are ready to completely leave behind.
