There can be a lot that comes up when you start opening into energy, psychic gifts, channelling etc..
You might question whether you can trust what you’re receiving, whether you’re actually feeling energy, or whether your mind is just making it up.
I know that space well and it took me a while to get really good at reading energy..
That’s why I created a set of steps that I move through to bring myself into a clear, grounded, high-frequency state, so I can trust what’s coming through and know it’s clean.
This 5-day challenge takes you through that process.
Over the five days, you will move through:

sensing and clearing your own energy field
sensing and clearing the energy of your space
connecting to your higher self
channelling energy from source and setting your intention
If you have never consciously worked with these layers before, this is a really supportive place to start.
It helps you connect into what is actually happening in your field before trying to work on anyone else or receive information / use your gifts..
